We had a rental single-unit home in West Covina. When we thought it was time to sell the house we contacted Michael who had also helped us buy the house we currently live in. Michael came by our house at our convenience and walked us through the whole process, step-by-step. The rental was actually managed by a property manager who was not very helpful. So I terminated my relationship with that company and had Michael help me with the whole process. He worked with the tenants and helped them move to another place and then put the house on the market. There were some issues with one of the neighbors who took me to family court for a small matter. I asked Michael if he would be able to come to court with me. Michael worked with the neighbor to resolve the issue with the neighbor so there were no other outstanding issues. Not only did he work with me, but he was also very helpful to the buyers who were first-time buyers. He is a real professional and is wonderful to work with. I have recommended him to many of my friends and colleagues and would do so to anyone without any reservations.

Had a great experience working with Michael on purchasing my first home. I was assigned Michael through the navy federal home buying program. Michael was assigned to me through this program, but it was luck that I was able to work with him. He is very kind and was responsive to any questions or issues I had day or night. His professionalism is nothing short of exceptional. There were some issues I had with the lender regarding communication and expedience during the approval and underwriting process and Michael was able to push them a little bit to get this whole process done within a month.
